2022 Book List

Posted on December 7, 2023

Better late than never I guess! As we are nearing the end of 2023 and another year in which I was able to complete my book challenge (a book every 2 weeks on average, for a minimum of 26 per year), I realized that I haven’t posted my 2022 book list yet. I found some gems so I’m excited to share this with you.

Apologies for the weird format … it’s not as easy to export this including cover images from my book list.

Favourites: The Birth House, The Book Thief, Pachinko and The Midnight Library. “I know this much is true” is a re-read from decades ago and did not disappoint the second time through.

The ones that felt like a waste of time (though I have yet to abandon the read of a book, always giving it a chance to the last page): The House of God (medical interns), The Final Revival of Opal and Nev (rock stars, boring), Oona out of order and, unexpectedly, the Stephen King book “11/22/63”. I just couldn’t get anything enjoyable out of that one.

Soon I wil be posting my book list for the current year, as we have less than a month to go. Stay tuned!

Good books are so much fun to read and always more rewarding than more TV. So I try to make time for it! Hope you get to read some too …
